- Installation Guide :
- 1. For Intel NorthBridge Chipsets by Wire-Spring
Mounting :
- a) Reconfirm the original installation
is by using Wire-Spring mounting.
- b) Remove the original NorthBridge heat
sink.
- c) Adhesive the Spacer Foam on Heat Sink
button surface.
- d) Daub the Thermal Grease smoothly on
the Chipset Die surface.
- e) Hook and mount the Wire-Spring clip
firmly on the Motherboard.
- 2. For AMD Chipsets by Push-Pin Type A or
Type B Installation
- a) Reconfirm the Chipset hole pitch location
and choose the compatible metal clip for
Type A or Type B according to your Motherboard
- b) Install the Metal Clip into the heat
sink button area.
- c) Install the Push-Pin into the Metal
Clip according to the hole location
- d) Daub the Thermal Grease smoothly on
the Chipset Die surface
- e) Push down-toward the Push-Pin through
the Motherboard
- 3. For Intel / AMD Chipset by Thermal Adhesive
Installation :
- Reconfirm there is no hole nor hook to
install the heat sink
- Clean the Chipset surface without dusty
or oily
- Stick the SEKISUI #5760 Thermal Adhesive
(size : 35x35mm) on the heat sink button
- Remove the Thermal Adhesive Protection
