All purchased goods remain TRADEX 's property
until paid in full.
20% restocking charges will be applied to all
goods returned within 7 days.
All products returned MUST containing ALL original
boxes and packing materials.
All RMA should have copies of Invoice with matching
serial number.
You must pay any return shipping expenses. You
will be responsible for shipping back the products.
TRADEX will not be responsible for items lost
by the carrier.
ANY return issue, please download the RMA
form and fax back to (905)
477-9667 OR e-mail to our RMA department at rma
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA) before shipping back your products.
No returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA number.
All replacement is subject
to stock availability. We will provide credit after
stock is unavailable over five weeks.
We must receive your items
with 30days for RMA issue, or your RMA will be cancelled.
