- 1. Remove your case window, figure out where to place the etching, once the correct spot determined, flip the window over to the other side.
- 2. Clean the window completely using soap and water or Lucite Cleaner then dry it, spray fine mist of water over the window surface.
- 3. Peal the opaque backing off the translucent backing, make sure the applique stays on the translucent backing.
- 4. Apply the applique to the window carefully, use a masking tape as a helpful guideline to position it properly, the applique shall face inside the PC case.
- 5. Remove translucent backing from the applique.
- 6. Squeeze out any trapped air bubbles with a plastic card, after 24hours, if still some, using a needle, poke a hole in the middle of ear air bubble and squeeze out again. The etched effect improves as the adhesive dries.
